Abby Guardian
Abby Guardian lives a dual life, holding two careers and keeping her many friends close to her heart. She is talented, funny, personable and she stays busy.
Abby’s first career was, and still is Hosting. In January 2010, she began Hosting for the Onyx Club Masionette, a private club for Onxy Bills members only. She soon became Hostess Manager there, and to this day she still holds that position. Abby is also a Cheerleader for the Onyx Bills Second Football League (SFL) team.

It was there that she discovered the world of fashion and made her decision to become a model. Abby began MODA Modeling School in the Fall session of 2010 and graduated December 4, 2010. Abby made her intentions clear that she wanted to work on the MODA Spotlight team so she worked hard. Shortly after her graduation, Abby applied and soon accomplished her ultimate goal which was to work as a MODA Spotlight Runway Model. “Now that I am a model I have found that it is one of the high points in my life. Every day there is something new and rewarding to learn about it. Each week when there is a show, I enjoy every moment of it. I do have to admit that I do still get very nervous doing it, because I want to be the best I can at it in every possible way. “ |

Well, if a runway model doesn’t get nervous, it’s probably time to retire because there is nothing easy about it. In fact the training for runway modeling, especially for live television, can prepare you for success in just about any field. Abby agrees that modeling actually helped in cheerleading: “When it came to the walk and learning the routines that was required of me.”
Abby also works for Leri Miles Design as a Print Model. You can see her lovely face in advertisements and on store vendors. This is a rare position for new models, but Abby Guardian loves her work, she knows what she wants, and she makes it happen.

“I enjoy everything about modeling. Seeing the new creations from the designers, getting together with the other models each week for a show, walking in the show, the list can go on and on for me. When asked if she had any advice for new and hopeful models she said to “always pay attention to the coach and don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. All the models are very willing and eager to help when needed. “ When she’s not behind the microphone, flining pom poms or on the runway, Abby enjoys “horse breeding, meeroos breeding and shop till I drop..” |
